Believe me, she's wrong. I know it's the internet, but the language straight from USCIS doesn't lie. I don't want people who could get DACA now to wait until they get their GED when DACA can make it that much easier for them to do (get a license, drive, find a real job to help pay for their education, etc).

People have been approved with these letter of enrollment letters.

Hey !! I got approved for the i821d and is in Ged clasees so there for im sure u will get approved to (:stay positive. I Sent in a letter of the school office signed by them stateing I was enrolled takeing classes along with my attendance

I think Kabs maybe correct, it does look like as long as the program is publicly funded it would be enough for "currently in school".
