You only need a copy of EAD (front and back). When you fill out your renewal application, put your current address.

No passport needed nor other IDs. You only need to provide a copy of your EAD (front and back).

They'll probably return your packet and list that the check was improperly filled.

Do i need to submit my hand free ticket paper work? I do not think its a misdemeanor or anything in that natural. I do not want to submit mines yet. I was suppose to send my packet in today but I didn't because of this issue.

same question here, and I just want to make sure, I got my approval letter from Nebraska service center. but what day do we put? when we got our receipt or approval ?

What is your Nationality? if you dont mind me asking. I assume you legally changed your name before coming to the US?

I Ask this because i wanted to legally change my name a few years ago as well but i didnt know how to go about doing so. I inquire about it at the Mexican embassy here in my state and i was told that there was nothing they could do for me. They told me that in order for me to legally change my name i would have to go back to mexico and go through a LONG process to do so.

Were you able to change it here in the states? Do you mind sharing your experience with me? thanks in advance.

Don't go through your consulate. Every state has different guidelines but just do a quick search "Alaska (or the state you reside in) state name change" and you should get results. Process took about 3 weeks. Once you receive the change of name decree, you can then use that to change your SSN and DL/ID as well.

Did a walk-in at the ASC in Manhattan. Surprisingly, I got my receipts and bio letter. Wonder if they will ask for the WS later on.

I'm keeping an eye on your wait time for approval again.
You live in Texas like me that's why. I'm planing on a ending my stuff in over the weekend or in 2 weeks when I get paid so hopefully everything's turns out smooth!
