I actually didn't get a letter delivered to me it went to my lawyers office. But it was probably a week and a half after my case was updated that I was told they received my RFE.

I have a question, just send my application 2 weeks ago.. I left the country around September 15 2006 and came back September 26 2006, my kids grandmother was very ill and wanted to meet them before she pastaway, we came back after the funeral, I didnt mentioned it on I821 form since it only ask for departures after June 12, 2007 but I did put it as my last entry on the I765, does anybody know if I filled the forms correctly?? I didn't have enough money to pay a lawyer..

Since you already mentioned the last entry to US on the i765, I think you should be good. As far as if there will be any problems since you traveled, I dunno. You were out of the country but since they are asking for continuous residence since June 2007, it was only 2 months. Good luck.
