I just put down DACA recipient.

Yeah either one would be fine... i put "deferred action for childhood arrivals"

For question 1, is it only the last name that is Capitalized?
what did y'all put for question 14? I entered illegally, so I'm unsure if to put Entered Without Inspection? For now I put no lawful status.

Also for I-821, did you guys include part 8 in the package even if you didn't that section? If so, did you leave blank or did you fill out your name and signature?

Yes last name only. And no lawful status should be fine.

Oddly, I received two letter in separate envelopes. And both letter are exactly the same.

My appointment is for July 7th. But heck, walk-in for next monday here I come!!
