Originally I sent my packet to the Arizona lockbox but I received approval notice from the USCIS in Laguna, CA so I answered that question with CA Service Center.

I'm very confused. I watched a enlace Public Engagement provided by the USCIS on June 18th which told us to make our checks/money order payable to "USCIS". However, in the form i-765 it says to make checks payable to, U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Which is one right?
Who did you guys make payable to?

$465 check made to U.S Department of Homeland Security
copy of ead card
Anything else? Any tips on how to assemble this package? Where should I send it to? I'm in Texas, btw. Sorry guys first time I do this.
