Some exciting news for all the Virginia dreamers being able to pay instate! I know I couldn't afford thousands for a single course. So this is a blessing! Thanks to good people like Attorney Herring!

Yes. Went to nvcc and applied for domicile change and was approved within 48 hours.

Biometrics-9/17. Approved 9/27. EAD10/1. Approved for instate tuition in VA: 12/17/12 !!! RENEWALS so far 9/27/14, 9/04/16 and NOW 8/12/18

Did you have to talk to a counselor or just submitted the information? do they need bank statements, copy of DL, SS#, etc?

Yay!!!I was worried about this. Also does anyone know if Mason would grant me money back for the out of state tuition Ive already paid on previous years?
