I saw from i-765 instruction:
page 6, :
If you are mailing your application to USCIS, you must also submit
A)copy of I-94
B)copy of EAD
C)2 passport Photo
But I didn't hear people having their I-94 in their renewal package, why?
I don't think the I-94 copy is required since you already submitted that iwth your initial request.
From the I-821D Instructions:
NOTE:
If you are submitting a Renewal Request for consideration of DACA to USCIS, you do not need to re-submitdocuments you already submitted with your previous DACA requests.
The I-821D and I-765 for DACA go hand in hand so follow the instructions together. Good luck.
