I got pulled over and charged with DUI and UNDER AGE drinking on June 26th, 2014. I was told that my court was going to be on sept. 23rd, 2014. What are my chances of getting a renewal if the charges are dropped to a "Wet Reckless "? Also should Also my current work permitt expire on oct. 28, 2014. Should I apply now or wait to see the outcome of my court date? And lastly,Can my DACA renewal be denied for missing my Oct. 28th deadline?

You have to be very careful, that's why I always take a cab when I go to a bar even though I have my own car.

I might be wrong and would hate to cause fear or panic but isn't a DUI enough to be denied DACA and be deported?

Unfortunately a DUI is very bad, but if you can go to court and get those charges dropped that can help your case. If you do get your charges dropped get a lawyer to file your renewal as they can be more experienced in dealing with CIS.
