so if you already did two years of college, you get automatic green card?
or do you still have to go through 6 years temp period?

hmm ive never thought about those who are already in college or about to finish, i would imagine you'd automatically qualify as the requirements are to pass 2 years of college and are of good morals (no criminal record?)

i have a question however, i read somewhere (a while back like a few months back) that in order to also qualify for the dream act you have to either enlist in the army, or server 200ish hours of community service. was this for an old DREAM act they were trying to pass and since have tweaked it up a little bit?

According to the current Dream act,If you already meet all the requirements with even a bachelors degree you will still be issued the standard 6 year conditional residency card.

You still have to wait the six yrs. conditional residency even if you have completed the 2 yr. requirement of college, tech school, etc.

The good thing about conditional residency is that it pretty much allows you the same privileges of permanent residency .
