Nope, I don't have any kind of criminal background. I've never been in trouble with immgration either. First name Juan, but last name is not common at all. They never told me why the long wait. I'm just glad I got approved. I'm not happy about the whole process. I do hope they get there crap together for the good of everyone else, and renewals.

I have been desperate and don't know what to do, I hope maybe someone could give me some help...Below is my timeline:

Application Sent: 09/07/2012
Delivered: 09/11/2012
Date of Biometrics apt: 10/04/2012

As you can see I applied right in the beginning, and I still haven't received my DACA.
I used to live in MA and moved to FL 10 months ago, at first I applied to the Vermont office, and it was transferred to the Nebraska office around October 2013. On Dec. 23rd, 2013 I changed my address with them and received a letter of confirmation.

It has been 22 months since I applied, and I haven't heard of anyone that has taken this long, I have called them multiple times and all they do is tell me to wait (15 days, 30 days, etc). I have made multiple inquiry reports (last one was on April 29th, 2014) and waited the times they requested (90 days) and still haven't received anything.

What should I do?!? I believe my application was sent it correctly and I qualify for DACA under the requirements. Note: When I submitted the application I had graduated from a credited "online high school" in the state of MA, do you think this was a reason for this hold-up? Ever since then I have gotten my GEB in Florida where I live now in order to attend a community college, but they need at least the Social and Employment Card.

I don't know what to do anymore, this is very frustrating, can anyone give me some light?

Thank you!
I understand your frustration more than anyone. There is nothing you can do but wait. I did everything, and I mean everything...multiple times and nothing helped. You will get approved as long as you know you met all the requirements. I wish there was somewhere or someone to go for help but there isn't. You just got to have faith and try to stay positive even though it's the hardest thing to do
