Haven't been here in a while but I see a lot of people freaking out about the renewal process taking a long time and yes I'm on the same boat I have a job I will lose and a car that I might not be able to drive in two months but you guys need to have hope, I also think that they would not just send us a new Ead that fast most of us still have almost two month left on our Eads so I dont think they will rush you one just yet so just be patient

Biometrics done this morning! Had a minor scare. Guard started asking for passport and said next time I should bring my passport with me. Only had my EAD and State DL. Hoping for a swift approval.

hoping for this, however, reading stories about people who were granted deferred action through ICE and submitted their applications in march that have already had their EADs expired with no approval in sight... at this rate, i don't know what to think.

I'm sure this has been asked but I can't find the posts for it...

I have the 2 forms filled out and ready to mail out. What do I need to include other than the 3 forms?
Copy of notice of approval or a copy of my EAD card?

also, on the I-765 number 11 - what date do I put next to which USCIS question? (approval date or date they received it?)

and I only filled out page 1-5 for the I-821D form - is that correct?

Given that some of us, whose EADs are set to expire in September, how soon should we schedule an info-pass appointment to request an interim EAD so as to continue employment as well as renew our ID/ DL?

Good question. Mine expires in little over a month, and I think all who are on the same boat need to get together and create a push, if nothing happens by Mid August. Some user in another posting said that he talked to the USCIS office through infopass when his didn't get renewed on time, but they couldn't help him out and told him to just wait it out. Needless to say, he lost his authorization and job. Maybe that's irrelevant, but he got renewal by ICE.

It seems like anytime it comes to immigration, we have to make a push in order to be seen and heard, and that's when things get rolling.
