So living in AZ I don't have a DL so I have been stopped before and given tickets for no drivers license ect, will this hurt me once AZ starts giving DL in AZ for DACA.

I have quite a few from back when I was younger, in high school, and recently one this year in Feb, got pulled over cus one of the headlights was out and the cop gave me a ticket for not DL and got the car impounded.

So will this show up, and not be able to get one, or how does it work?

As far as I know (I"m from NC) it all depends on the outcome of the ticket.
If you go to court and get the charge reduced to just a Moving Violation, so it doesn't count points then you should be fine.
If you just pay it off, depending on the judge you may get points on your nonexistent license or get a suspension. Which you'd have to wait til it expires to be able to get your license when it becomes available.

My dad has received a total of 6 Driving W/ No license tickets over the course of 7 years. Each time the lawyer was able to reduce the charge. So far he's been ok.

Thanks to DACA we dont have to go through the fear of that as much anymore.

I'm from CALIFORNIA. As far as I know if you pay of your tickets they will be removed from your driving record. Unless you got something like a dui where it says you can't get it for 2 or more years . Since you don't have a dl you might need to find another way to check your record and make sure everything is clean

Tickets on a person record stay in a file for a while even if you don't have a DL in California. In Califonia people who get tickets get an X file, they can know because they cross reference the Name and date of birth. In califonia you can check if you have a record, check your county court website.

In Texas, after so many tickets for NO DL and other offenses, you accumulate points and after a certain amount of point you have to pay the state a surcharge which if you dont pay your right to drive is suspended until you pay the surcharge.
