Part 4. Arrest doc for renewal

It's my turn to prepare for renewal package. I have been arrested and the charge was dropped, these documents were submitted in the initial packet. Now time for renewal I see that they ask the same questions.
Do I have to re-submit everything that falls under this Part 4?
Or can I omit?

Any advice? Thanks in advance fellas.

The instructions say to include anything that has NOT been submitted before so if you included those docs in the initial application then you don't have to include them in the renewal.
