Legal status to immediate family of daca beneficiaries. illegals who have been here for 5yrs & up. legal status to illegals who currently have employment, Expansion for high tech workers.Just legal status to work & move around renewable every 2 yrs.After that,a pathway to GC after 10yrs of uncut,continuous work experience to those who wanted to be permanent residents coz most farmers just wanted to work here and then go home then come back.Than after 5 yrs of GC,upgrade to USC if any individual wants to.

Maybe I misinterpreted this sentence, but I understood it as the 4 to 5 million includes BOTH categories of parents.

yeah I think getting work permit and letting us join the military are two completely different things. But can obama do that? anyone know?

It depends on the legal options entailed with entering the U.S. military. I am assuming there are some clearance issues yet to be worked out, hence why it hasn't been added to MAVNI.
