In how many places did you sign?

I just want to make sure I got every signature, I signed twice in the I-821D and once for I-765.

I signed once on I-821D, on page 5. I didn't sign on page 7 because I didn't need to put additional info. Also signed once on I-765

I signed twice on 821 for fear of being rejected and since I put N/A all over the place. But Im sure it wasn't necessary.
