Do i need a lawyer to re-apply??

first time i apply, it was with a free legal help provided by a church
Now my DACA its about to expire in 6 months.!
what is it better? do it yourself or with free legal assistance.!!!

No, the renewal should be straightforward enough for you to file as long as you read the instructions carefully.

It really depends on your ability to comprehend instructions. I would recommend printing the 30 page 821D (Renewal) and EAD (Renewal) instructions for step by step guide. If you're not comfortable then I guess it would be better to shell out some cash and get help.

I also had help from a local clinic the first time. I was able to gather everything myself but it felt good to get a second look from people who were more knowledgeable. They didn't catch any issues with my app and my approval went smoothly.

Renewal feels a lot easier, probably because I've been through it before and also because you don't need so many materials.

Basically, no lawyer needed.

The reason is because i forgot what State did the lawyer put down for first time entry to the USA . i know it sounds crazy but i forgot and i'm not sure if it was Arizona or Texas.

You can find out on your application, it says there on the copy that you should have.
