I would call USCIS every day if I could; I just wish they were open later in the day so I can do it after work.

Any update on the uscis engagement held on 08/07...?

I told you guys about it hoping that someone else would attend and report back. It took place in the middle of work.
I can't be the only one who goes on these calls and brings back information.

i dont understand why this bullshit agency takes so long.. i wish we had some genius hacker that would go through their computers and expose the truth about their bullshit proceeding.

So after searching the DHS website, I stumbled upon this form from the Obudsman's Office requesting assistance with your case. It is recommended that before you submit this form that you have called customer service, have done the infopass thing and in general have done pretty much everything in your power to get an answer on your case status before you file this form. Please read the form carefully and maybe some of you all can try this and see if it works for you.

I filed a request yesterday. USCIS just kept dancing in circles in regards to my particular situation.

I think you mentioned in another thread that you have an Infopass appointment coming up. I sincerely hope that they will be able to help you out there. I wouldn't lose hope just yet because your expiration is still 4 weeks away and maybe they will renew closer to your expiration date. I will keep looking for answers on my end.

I do, thank you I appreciate it. I've also filed an Ombudsman request and spoke with a woman today who told me she couldn't promise me anything but that they will get with USCIS and that I should be getting a better answer than "Just wait" since it wasn't our fault.

Less than a month left (9/11). I was keeping happy thoughts and figured we'd be renewed by now, but it seems it's time to make an info-pass and hopefully get something done.

They need you!
