PLEASE HELP ...Confusion on Daca Renewal Packet...?

Okay so the first time I did the application it seemed fairly straight forward and I filled it out on my own without any issues and got approved...

This time around for the renewal process i am having a hard time, I guess because i did not make copies of the actual application when i sent it in, i only made copies of the documents that i sent in along with the application.. (SMH)

Now I cannot remember dates and information that i filled out on the original application...


for example...The date for one of the residence and travel questions on Form I-821D, like what the exact date was i moved to the specific address that i am living now, i cannot remember what i wrote...so i tried to guess as closely as i can remember...

Also for question number 16, on form I-765, I can't remember if i put (c) (14) or (c) (33) on the original application, i believe i put (c) (33) but for the renewal application is it the same?

Also if we are filling out the form, we do not have to fill out the parts where it says "interpreter" because we are filling out the forms ourselves...

I notice there are alot of questions that are directed towards interpreter...do i leave it blank or put N/A????

lastly i know we have to fill out the I-765 Worksheet but do we have to explain our situation again...like why do we still need assistance or what?

My EAD expires 12/21/14...


I wanted to send my application in tomorrow-before the 21st of August but it looks like that won't happen and I am panicking...please help answer my questions!!! Thanks

Leave any questions that don't apply to you blank. It is (c) (33). And as long as there isn't a huge discrepancy in the dates (ex. 1 year off) you'll be fine. And you will put the reason why you need an EAD now, typically people put to support themselves and family, etc. Good luck
