Lol clearly need help distinguishing between his and her but then again it's only grammar. No big deal.

People just don't like reading and listening to what others are saying. Incredible.

Quick question - I got a red-light ticket in the mail today. The care is registered under my name but my mother drives it primarily.

Additionally, doesn't this mean that next time I renew my work permit I would have to state that I got a ticket?

Should I get an affidavit stating it was my mother driving so my name is cleared. She has a legal license from Chicago.

It should be very easy if you have any type of proof. It happened to my friend. She drove her mom's car and ran a red light. Fortunately for her mom, it happened while she was working. My friend's mom showed proof that she was at work and got it removed.
