By phone. After submitting the electronic form. They're unlike USCIS, you speak to someone who works on your case. They only have someone answer case status updates Mon-Fri 11 am - 3 pm.

Weird that you haven't heard from USCIS yet. I hope you do get approved next week. There are still September renewals waiting to hear back. It seemed like they are approving people in waves. I think they will approve another large group of people early September which may include some October renewals.

9/26 expiration here. Hopefully I hear something soon because craaaaaaaaaap!

They had a 'wave' back on 8/18-8/19, where a handful of people were approved, 10-12?? on this board. I haven't seen any movement since. And now we have Labor Day coming up.... I can already see the 'wave' coming up after they come back from getting drunk right....

Trying to stay positive, but if they were at least approving at a steady pace it would be less nerve wrecking... But nothing??

Hope we get approved next week. We sent ours the same day.

For peace of mind, I submitted a case with the Ombudsman. I hope I get renewed next week, but I'd rather not wait to take action until it's too late. If I get no news by Wednesday, I'm contacting my Congressman's office.

HR told me if I cannot produce the new EAD then I would be terminated on 9/11. I also could not be hired shortly after receiving the EAD as the Affordable Care Act has rules regarding rehiring of employees. The gap must be 13 weeks or more before I can be rehired.

There may be people outside of this forum who are getting approved and we just don't know about it. It seems like a wave to me simply because as you said there were a bunch of people here approved within a span of a day or two.

Reading the latest stats published on 08/16. At the end of June around 10000 renewal apps were sent, in the span of almost a month, 80 or so apps were approved.

It's going slow.
