Hi fellow DACA folks. Was wondering if anyone on this forum who has already turned 31+ years old (before renewal), gotten their renewals approved? Thanks

Are you trying to say you are worried you won't get approved after you turn 31?

Haha yes definitely I know they say as long as you were approved the first time and were under 30, then we'll be fine but i'm still worried

When the Daca program was announced, I was 30 years old. I applied when I was 32 years old and got approved. I'm 33 now, so you should be fine.

Main thing they look for is that you were under 31 at the time of DACA program announcement (June 15, 2012). After that, they don't care what age u are, assuming u meet all the other requirements.
