Hey Guys Im From CA and here is my timeline...
Sent app. Setp. 17 2013
Received. Sept. 20 2013
RFE. June 24 2014
RFE received at USCIS Nebraska Center. July 24 2014
Approved.?????
Anyone been waiting this long.
I have two job offerings waiting on me to get approved but they only gave me to the end of the year to get all my stuff and i really need these jobs.
Anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

Did you had any record? Or had any online or home school diploma ?? Have you done any e-request??

Thats what my RFE was they wanted more information on why i got arrested my Jr. year of High school, it was because i had got into a fight and i had left the scene to go to class then they found out who had faught and arrested us both but it wasnt considered a misdemeanor or anything my case was dismissed the next week so i never spent any time in jail or anything all it was they took my finger prints. and no i have my High School Diploma. and ive done about 5 or 6 e-request since i have hit the 6 month mark and all it says its pending review.

I actually had a similar situation back in high school, i just got citated and when i appeared on court the other person who i got in a fight with did not show, so the case was dismissed, so i just send official copy of the dismissal order. If you send papers that ur case was dismissed you should be good then, but they sure are taking long to give u a decision.

Yeah!! Thanks well for me it was much less than that, they received my app on Feb 27, 2014 and on june 18 i got an update email , saying that my name had been updated,i freaked out and called the person that helped me wt my app, she said not worry that at least it meant they were working on my case, as long as all my papers had my name right i was good !! And 14 days later i got my approval message, dont worry it will get to u

Today i received a email regarding a e-request i did 3 weeks ago. Its says "your case has not cleared all required security checks at this time". We cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your case. Can some one tell me what this exactly means?

It means they are running a security/background check. My case is also pending due to the security check... As they emailed you, they do not have a specific time frame on when they'll be done reviewing your record. USCIS will make a decision once they receive your record from the FBI. This may take months+, because there are 100,000+ people front of us. =[

Hi guys. I got my EAD approved Today!
I am still waiting for my 821D to be approved.

Has anyone got their EAD approved before 821D?
