SAVE system delays?

Is anyone aware of SAVE system delays or something like that going on?
My parent's EADs were approved on 8/7.
They applied for SSN on 8/19 and were told that they needed to be verified.
My EAD was approved 8/25.
I applied for ssn 9/5 and was told I would have my SSN in less than 10 days.

Dad got his SSN last week. Went to DDS for license and was told he couldn't take anything because he needed to be verified with SAVE system and it could take up to 5 days.

Mom hasn't gotten her SSN yet and she called today and the rep said he retried to submit but it was still denied and would need to be verified but he would attempt a second request for verification.

So it's been over a month and they're still not in automated verification system? Anybody experienced this before?

My mom finally got her social after over a month. Today she went to dds to get an id but they told her too that her documents weren't verified....

The lady even asked her if she had left the country and I responded no never. I thought that was weird.

she cant ask your mom if she has left the country or not thats none of her business and has nothing to do with her social security card not being verified. she needs to either call or go talkto a manager at the Social Security administion office to get her SSN Verified since its a new SSN they take awhile to update and verify it in there systems.
