Green Card through Marriage

hey everyone, i have a question. My sister just got married to a U.S. Citizen, and now she is wondering if she could get her DACA status adjusted to Permanent Resident (Green Card). Has anyone been through this process, or knows anything? My sister arrived when she was 5 years old and she is now 20.

If she is EWI, it is a difficult and expensive process. If she is an overstay, it is easier. Either way, it is expensive because you most likely do not want to do this alone.

Better seek professional legal advice, buddy. Adjustment of status can get complicated really fast.

Is she a visa overstayers or EWI ?
