I had my biometrics done about 50 days ago. However, my uscis status hasn't changed since before the time I got my biometrics letter. It still says, And same thing for i821. Is this normal? My ead expires Nov 1, but I didn't want to get worried for no reason if the status isn't supposed to update between biometrics and approved. Thanks guys. |
EDIT: I JUST GOT APPROVED. sent july 2nd, biometrics on the 21st of july. approved 9/10/2011

The status is still, almost 2 months after biometric screening was completed:
On June xx, 2014, we received this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.
So, my question in simple terms is: is it okay that the status still says "On June...we received the application and mailed you a notice"? Especially since it was 2 months ago that I completd my biometrics screening. Thanks inadvance
