Send a photocopy of some other identification with your app..I wouuld recommend your passport. If not, your drivers license or state ID.

Oh, hello guys!
I came back to tell you guys that I received my work permit!
I was able to receive it like last week and my expiration date is 10/2.

OMG thank you for posting this. My renewal is not processed yet and I forgot to send in my passport photos AND copy the back of my EAD. So now that I'm 3 weeks before expiration, I swear my blood pressure has gone up significantly because I thought I might get an RFE for not including those things.

Now there is hope!
