If you were born prior to June 15, 1981. Then you don't qualify. For example, if you were born on June 14, 1981, then you don't qualify. But if you were born on June 15, 1981, then you qualify.

Year arrived and age at time of arrival: 1989, 8
Education level: Two Master's (Econ and Math); Can't afford a PhD.
DACA: I was too old by 5 days.
Expanded Daca: I should be good now.

Yup, it's a very fair system. If you already were over 30 when DACA was announced, you are considered a cockroach who doesn't deserve basic human dignity. If you are over 30 when you already had DACA, hey, everybody gets old. No harm.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

This is incorrect. You could have been 30 when it was announced and still qualified.
