DACA renewal RFE & Advance Parole

Renewal RFE

I checked the USCIS case status today and it said I got RFE'd on 9/23/14.

Well I knew it was coming cuz I didn't add my passport pictures...

Then I called USCIS today asked a question but they just replied I can't do anything after 60 days of sending the evidence.

Anyways how long does it usually take USCIS to review the RFE cases?

My EAD is expring soon (10/11/14) and I really need a new EAD desparately...

Advance Parole

I know the 3 criteria for DACA to be eligible for,

but what I was wondering was if I would have a chance of getting approved for

Advance Parole for a school trip.

There is a trip next year to go to Europe in school to perform but it's not study abroad nor business trip, so would I even have a slightest chance of getting approved?

Is it even worth the money to try to get Advance Parole with my situation?

whoa.. you got RFE for renewal? you will get a letter soon explaining why you were RFE. It could be the passport photos but remember they use the photos they take over when you do your biometric


yes for A.P School trips obviously falls for education

AP: If it is for school it falls under educational purpose. I would apply.

I got AP for humanitarian pursposes.

I highly doubt it was the passport pictures. There was somebody that got approved without sending them AND without sending the copy of his old EAD front and back...

Do you mind thinking about anything that could possibly cause you to have an RFE? Maybe a misdemeanor or anything of the sort?

why speculate, wait for the damn paper.

wth... I didn't answer Part 4 Questions 2-7 on I-821D... just smh..............
