I really can't think of anything else.

Called and was able to raise a service request. Should hear something within 5-7 days.

Ivwas able to do the same. Gotta keep callin until you get someone who will expedite.

I-821D CANNOT be expedited. Even if you call and request it you will either get a letter in the mail or get an email and they will say something like "these type of cases cannot be expedite, there for your case will be processed in the order it was received." If it's something really really urgent then go to a USCIS office but first make a INFOPASS appointment. Good luck

Well then there's nothing else you can do. Just be patience if you tried everything.
