I haven't checked my USCIS status in weeks, but something told me to check today and my card was in production on 10/7/2014! Crazy. Ironic since Swim and I share the same state, lol

USCIS received my application July 8th.

So i just woke up guys and im APPROVED.. i found a text message, an email, an a message from the app i downloaded to track my case... i was approved yesterday oct 8
Original EAD expiration was Nov 12

Woke up to the text message from USCIS. My EAD was approved yesterday. The original expires on 11/13

Brothers ead expires nov 4th no word yet , is it true that some renewals are expriring before being approved ?

Yay, kabs! I didn't expect my renewal until the earliest next week, so I was excited.

Yes, there have been a few cases of those expiring before renewal being approved. We can only go by the members on the forum, but for the most part people have been getting approved before expiration.

Now I'm really interested in knowing when you sent in your application and when the other recent Nov approvals sent theirs.

November 4th, the day before I got approved for DACA.

For those of you that have been approved. Are we losing about 1 month of daca eligibility? The approved dates should be forward from the date it expires. What a rip off if we are.
