Have to apply for AOS when you get back into the United States, since you will need the I-94. The CBP agent didn't ask me any questions on my way back into the US. He just took my paperwork and 30 minutes later stamped the parole and my passport and said go through that door and welcome to the United States. I flew out in Mid-May and I submitted my application for AOS at the end of May. I have been married to my wife for nearly 10 years.

My Ap only took 2 weeks to get approved, which was awesome since I had to apply for a Canadian Visa also.

Nice! How did you get your AP approved so quickly? I applied for expedited AP for humanitarian reasons about 2 weeks ago, but so far it's still under initial review.

No clue how it got approved quickly, I did not even post that I needed it expedited.

However, the request for AP did say i needed to travel may 15.

Honestly getting the Canadian Visa was more problematic.
