The DACA case status is still on initial review though, might be why some people aren't getting text or email notifications because technically that's connected to the i-821d, not i-765.

I couldn't take it anymore. I contacted these entities/people in no particular order because the call with USCIS customer service was predictably fruitless: 1) local rep, who is luckily pro-immigrant Dem, 2) NILC, 3) filled out Ombudsman request online. I don't have much time left, so I'm going to call 3) tomorrow as well.
