Are you sure man? That is one of the biggest parts of the application. It asks you when exactly you intend to travel and for how many days. The AP app is only about 3 pages long.

I called USCIS. I called in English 4 times and they were being jerks that I couldn't expedite a case because you can't do that with DACA. And then I called in Spanish and the lady was so nice that she right away opened a service request, and also got in touch with an officer that's supposed to call me this week. She was really nice and friendly compared to the gringos :-\ either way, I'm screwed. I have an interview on Friday for an even better job, and once they see it expires on October 27th, they will not hire me anymore it's so depressing. I'm working now, but the job I'm interviewing me will pay me way more money. I'm just scared they will see the expiration date and decide not to hire me because of that. Should I still fill out the form for the Ombudsman? And sorry to bother you a lot, but how do I know who my congressman man is? I'm from Chicago by the way.

Well to cheer u up..companies only ask for the ead if u get the job that too on ur first day. I would contact a congressman. Google whos my congressman. It shoulf takr u to the house.gov wrbsite where u can enter your zipcode then just follow the page to ur congressman's page. Find a link to have them help with federal agency...there should be a form to fill up for privacy release.

I found it, thanks. But it says I have to fill out the form on the "Help with a federal agency" section and then mail out. It's going to take longer. Did you mail yours out to your representative? And my representative is in the 4th district which is Luis Gutierrez. I will go ahead and fax him the information tomorrow to his office in Washington D.C. Do you think I should also fill out the Ombudsman in the meantime as well?
