I was working for most of 2014. Just on October 16th of this year I stopped working. So my question is; For the Current Annul Income section of form I-765WS should I enter "0" since I'm no longer employed or should I enter the amount that I have already earned Year to Date?

Thank you in advance for your replies!!

What does annual mean to you? Do you think it means periodically or just "most of 2014" or what?

It means what you make annually regardless if you work the entire year or not

What I did is I used my projected annual gross income for the whole year and just explained it at the bottom. You can use YTD and just explain your situation. I also explained my earnings and deductions.

Write whatever you want. Just put down what you had on your last tax return. The point is it doesn't matter at all what you put. 765WS will absolutely not be considered in deciding whether you get an EAD or not. All they want is the 765ws form with your name that is all.
