My permit expires October 27th, I need help. - Page 2

I have a new update, this is what they sent me. Does that mean they approved me already? I still see initial review under my case.

Im in similar situation, my expiration is 11/5/2014. How did you email the ombudsman’s office? Did you just use the email listed [email protected]? Please let me know ASAP, im really scared and worried about my case. See my timeline below.

Fill it out. According to them, USCIS approved my case today. But under my CASE STATUS in portfolio, it hasn't changed to anything. It's still listed as initial review and the last updated was August 6th when they received my application. If I got approved already, why didn't it change to 'approved'?

I did, but the update is still listed as August 6th from when they received my application. It's SRC since it went to the Texas Service Center. I also got 2 MORE emails from them today. The first one said this: Unfortunately, the DACA related EADs cannot be issued until a final adjudication of the I-821D. We have uploaded your email into the system for the record.

And 2 minutes later the same person sent me another email saying this: Correction, when I checked I see the case was approved today. Congratulations!

What is going on? According to them, USCIS told them I got approved today, but how come the status hasn't changed to Card/Document Production?

Who emailed you saying it has been approved?

The email is right there in that message I posted from them. It was from them. Seems like they contacted USCIS, and next day later they tell me I got approved. But I have yet to see that on my case status. Why?
