Hello everyone,

I moved 10/25, but the problem is that I am going to be mailing in my DACA renewal forms on 10/27.

I'm putting down my new address on the forms, but do I have to notify USCIS before I mail them in?

I don't think you have to notify USCIS, however, if you are renewing, make sure you put your old address, there is a section that asks to put all the new addresses that you have lived in since the first time you applied. I would check USCIS website for more information. Click here to get started

I would mail in the AR 11 form too. Include explanation on your application too. AR-11 goes to a different address as far as I know.

AR-11 can be e-filed, so that's really irrelevant.

It is not irrelevant if he should still do it. Efiled or mailed.

Here you go. Make the decision based on the information here. I moved last year but still keep my old address. I mailed in the form at that time with a letter explaining my situation. On my address information I just wrote both of them and made an explanation on the part of the I821D that allows you to further explain things. My stuff was mailed to my old address because I made that my main mailing address.

Maybe you can also give me guidance: I started renting an apartment to get to my new job after I sent in my renewal application. I want to maintain my parents address as my permanent address, which is also the address I wrote down on my renewal application. I feel like I should provide USCIS with the new address also, even though I continue to maintain my parents' home as my permanent address.

How can I inform USCIS of my new address while still maintaining my old one as the mailing address?

Thanks!

That is why I chose to do the AR 11 by mail because I included a written letter. I wanted to explain that my home address is my mailing address and that for work purposes I keep another address. I explained that I am there on weekends and that it is what I consider my home address/ mailing address. I also told them that since I rent I did not want to receive any mail to that address because it is not a safe mail place for important mail.
