i821d renewal and EAD renewal approved today and the system updated to reflect both. Was worrying it wouldn't get approved on time as I sent it 150 days in advance and people are reporting delays. Timeline below. Good luck to all!!

Congrats to the first December approvals! Hopefully mine gets approved soon! I was hoping to be approved for my birthday next weekend, but as long as I get it by the end of Nov. Mine expires Dec 14th.

Hey guys,

My work permit expires on December 17 and I'm worried of getting terminated.

I'm a little worried now, my current employer (headquarters) have been dwelling me about my new employment card. They also sent me a overnight envelope, saying ill be terminated, if they don't receive it. I'm just wondering if others are in the same situation. I'll put all the info down below.

I was also wondering if there's anything I can do to prevent my termination?

Checked the website: On October 1, 2014, your name was updated relating to your I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Anybody have a clue what this is??

Checked Today Around 4 PM and saw that My EAD was approved , but my I821d is still under initial review.

2.sent on July 18,2014 received on July 21 , 2014. Nebraska service center.
3. Notice sent by service center on July 23, 2014.
4. Notice received on July 25, 2014
5. Biometrics sent by service center on August 2, 2014.
6. Biometrics received on August 8, 2014.
7. Biometrics completed by August 22,2014 @ 2 PM Houston TX.
8. Approved or Card went into production 10/30/2013. I821D inital review

Renewal application received: August 1, 2014
Biometrics Done: August 27, 2014 walk-in
Card/ Document Production: October 30, 2014

Mine got approved today!! The original expired on Dec 14th. My I821 is still on initial review, but that should change soon as well.

Congratulations! What service center was your renewal sent to? My sister and I expire 12/14 and 12/17. And we completed biometrics on 9/8. We're at the Nebraska service center.
