Still Not Approved- AP to blame?

Hi,

Is anyone still not approved and past expiration?

My EAD expired on 10/28 and I raised the case with USCIS and an Ombudsman with no response yet, only that my case is under review with a supervisor.

Has anyone already been approved who has traveled with AP? I'm trying to figure out what the hold up is?!

It probably is bUT give it a week or so if it's with a supervisor. Didnt the ombudsman say to wait like 15 days?

The ombudsman never got back to me. Ugh so frustrating, what can possibly hold it up? I traveled strictly for work.

could also be FBI name check or other security checks you haven't cleared.

USCIS when i put in an expedite. They sent me a letter saying that the case is currently under review with a supervisor...

Call the ombudsman and tell them you need someone to look into your case immediately. If not submit a congressman inquiry.
