DACA has been plenty enough for most dreamers. What we need to focus on is helping our folks

That's the key word "most"

This is an interesting question. My logic suggests surely this upcoming EO would include some types of upgrade for DACA beneficiaries. Maybe a path towards permanent residency? It makes sense to me because otherwise what's the point of just keeping this 2 year temp status which could be taken away if a Republican takes office? After the midterm results I wouldn't be surprised if the latter happens in 2016.

I am hoping for a more expanded Daca that will help us or at least allow us to adjust in some way especially the children that ewi . But it seem like Obama is just going to expand the age cap and make it 10 years of current residency. But of corse to the republicans this is like

Ead! Ead for Everyone! For your mother for your father for your molester uncle! for you cartel cousin!" Ect ect.

But I wouldn't expect much. I expect both parties to want to hold on to this because if election is coming up and they want to play with our emotions and rake in the numbers.

Your molester uncle...? That exactly the people this country doesn't need. The guidelines are fine and asking for too much for a delicate situations free the elections result is just begging for disappointment.

The us goverment has better stuff to worried that give us a residency. Wake up their is a war coming to the usa that isnjust gonna halt plans for us. OBAMA took to long already but atleast daca was release but a 2 year terms is too short should be atleast 5 years.

What's the difference between 2-5 years? Just pay the price and move on. If they remove DACA you're out of here anyway doesn't matter if you have a year left or 2.

Big difference, there is a lot that can be done in 3 more years, unless you appreciate being payperless for 3 years. It may not be imporant to you, and you may not care about going 3 years without security of job for documentation reasons etc.. but there are these of us that do care!
