No shit? Are they for sure removing the age cap? I'm not being an asshole, i'm sincerely asking if that's true.

Either way, that still wouldn't help me, lol. I didn't age out of DACA, my only problem was proving i entered the country at 15 years old, which i did. But my paper trail didn't start until i enrolled in High School and i was already 16 years and 7 months old.

I wish they threw in a clause in there to give relief to people that have been here a long time, like 10 years + at least or something. One can dream, right? lol See what i did there?

You can't unless you meet narrow requirements.

I just read an article on Yahoo saying that CBS, Fox & NBC are not airing the speech, and ABC is undecided. Where else can we watch the speech for those without cable?

From the Chicago Tribune

Well the party is over for most of our families, Congrats to everyone else who will benefit!!
The devil is in the details, let's see how Obama proceeds, I hope he leaves an avenue to apply for those who have been in the country for more than 5 years, I know in my case my parent's have been in the country for more than 20 yrs. In otherwords, hopefully there is a provision in his execution action that allows those individuals with deep roots, clean criminal record, paid taxes, have been present for 5, 10, 15 years, can prove they have held employment for X number of years, etc, etc, meaning this should cover our good parents of Dreamers, anyway just my two cents, let's see how it all plays out; this would also cover those Dreamers who were "aged out" of DACA.

Alright, it seems like something will happen for sure. If my departure at age 17 doesn't affect me I should be getting relief if they remove the DACA age restriction. It looks like spouses of USC might be left out.

Well they might raise the age to 18 too...This would definitely help me if Republicans don't screw it up.

I asked a recruiter if I can join MAVNI with DACA and he said he didn't hear anything about it. Does anybody know which recruiting office I have to visit to talk to a recruiter who knows about MAVNI?
