Hey I'm a U.S. citizen and I can't fix my husband because he didn't have a Visa! Consider yourself lucky that at least you HAD a Visa!

I can relate to your anger and frustration, I at times feel the same way. I try to remain hopeful and optimistic because I know papers are pending but what is a high school graduate to do when they tell u that u must wait at least 8 years to obtain legal citizenship??? It has definitely stopped me from going places n doing things faster and not having control of this situation and being labeled angers me because we all know that being an illegal does not define us! Once again welcome!
