L2 rep can't make them approve your case within 10-15 days all they can do is (help/try) to expedite your case (which won't happen because I-821D can't be expedited, neither can I-765 based on I-821D ). Best of luck.

i didnt mention any expedition cuz we cannot "expedite" 821d, i just explained my situation to her. Not for sure if they gonna really do something within these 10-15 days, she only sent in a request for me.

so i will see
Thank you for the information! I hope you get your approval soon! I will try that again today!

I called and I was immediately transferred to a l2 rep who first said that my only option was an info pass and I told him that they weren't giving out extension to the work permit and he said it was most likely because ppl aren't printing out the document from the website where it says that if USCIS takes longer they will extend your work permit. According to him bringing the document will help but I don't think so.

I asked if he could expedite my case and he said he will but that if they approve to expedite it I will have to send proof that I will lose my job if I don't have my renewal on time. I really don't know what to expect anymore. I forgot to ask if my case has been assigned to anyone yet.

Someone should tell USCIS that because they filed an expedite request on my sister's I-821D, provided her with a reference number and the site updated to reflect that the expedite had been sent to the officer reviewing her case.

I checked the website after I called and it says:
As of November 19, 2014, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD323140****TSC, is currently not assigned for processing.

So I guess they have to decide wether or not they will process it.
I don't know what else I can do besides contacting my congressmen and ombudsman

Update:
11/20/2014

On November 20, 2014, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD323140****TSC, was assigned to an officer for response.

Not sure if this will help but I definitely hope so because I'm freaking out!
