Ok, so I did some research and found this info on USCIS DACA page. For those of you who "aged out" of your dependent visa with I-94 card that says D/S (duration of status), looks like you are going to be eligible for DACA.

http://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/co...sked-questions

Q44: I was admitted for "duration of status" or for a period of time that extended past June 14, 2012 but "aged out" of my dependent nonimmigrant status as of June 15, 2012. May I be considered for deferred action under this process?

A44: Yes. For purposes of satisfying the “had no lawful status on June 15, 2012," guideline alone, if you were admitted for “duration of status” or for a period of time that extended past June 14, 2012 but “aged out” of your dependent nonimmigrant status, on or before June 15, 2012, (meaning you turned 21 years old on or before June 15, 2012), you may be considered for deferred action under this process.

I know EO hasn't been announced yet, but I am getting cautiously excited, if that makes sense...

Damn, I had a dream today that the EO had been issued and that my lawyer said, "It's all over now. You are safe now. You can now start your life." Lol

I don't think I've ever dreamt anything related to immigration

Glad I never had such a nightmare. Thinking everything was finally fine only to wake up and see that nothing changed.

I have. The one i dream i seem to have very frequently is that i decide to travel somewhere out of the country, and then find myself trying to figure out how the hell i'm going to get back in.

Usually before the dream ends and i attempt to re-enter the U.S., i find myself awake in my bed. And there are no words to describe the relief i feel when i wake up, haha!

Fucking crazy, i know.

Well, if you think about this shit as much as i do, then it's probably pretty normal for you to have dreams like that.

I go maybe a few hours every day without thinking about it.

Glad to hear that, and that's true. And you may be also worried about your status first before you do something, and after you did anything you have done, ain't ya?
