None of us here, as far as I know, are legally trained. I think the agencies will be amending the waivers and I think they will parole people in some way. Wait for details and then consult an attorney if needed.

Do you have any siblings who were born here?? If you do, then your parent (s) can apply for this new program!

My mum already has a petition pending (me included), so she doesn't need my sister to sponsor her. Hopefully there is a way for us to apply for this visa in United States and not have to travel back, because I will not leave this country unless I'm 1000% sure I can come back.
