English is such a difficult language.

None of us here, as far as I know, are legally trained. I think the agencies will be amending the waivers and I think they will parole people in some way. Wait for details and then consult an attorney if needed.

Do you have any siblings who were born here?? If you do, then your parent (s) can apply for this new program!
Yep, all my siblings are USCIS, but my sister is 27 years old, not sure if age matters.

A child needs to be over 21 to sponsor a patent. Your parents will qualify for this. Then they'll need AP to fix their illegal entries (if applicable) and they can file for adjustment.

Right - so, in the meantime, your mother can apply for this new deferred action and not worry about the visa.

My mum already has a petition pending (me included), so she doesn't need my sister to sponsor her. Hopefully there is a way for us to apply for this visa in United States and not have to travel back, because I will not leave this country unless I'm 1000% sure I can come back.

How long has your petition been pending ?
