According to the USCIS website they are est. 90 days for the new DACA applicants to apply and 180 days for Parents to apply. They are allowing you to request updates via a subscription.

They are also stating at least up to 1 year processing time.

Source link pretty please. Damn, 1 year processing time for the expanded DACA? I don't mind the wait, but damn I'm just anxiously happy. I'll go help them out if they want to hire me. You know, just to get things going lol.

Year arrived and age at time of arrival: 1989, 8
Education level: Two Master's (Econ and Math); Can't afford a PhD.
DACA: I was too old by 5 days.
Expanded Daca: I should be good now.
Bitter? Optimistic

WWW.USCIS.gov they have a ton of info on Obama's pending EO. CHECK key questions and answers at bottom of info thread.

I would love to work for them also. In 6 months they could have trained a boatload of people to be prepared for this.

I recently filed for renewal, hopefully they'll give me 3 years extension.
