ANY HELP PLEASE!!im confused

Hi im confused idont know if i qualify for daca, i got a Misdemeanor class b possession of marihuana and when that happend they took me to a immigration office but they let me go and they told me that i have to go to immigration court, but I didn't went cause i was scared ... and that happend when i was 18 , now im 26 ..i know i might have a immigration hold but idk what to do some lawyers told me that i dont qualify and other one told me that i qualify..

Well, for DACA, if you get 2 misdemeanors or more, you are out. Did you ever cleared those up? I forget the right word for it

I got 1 Misdemeanor(possession of marihuana) ,i was in jail for a week for that, but my concern its that i got a hold from immigration and i might not qualify for that?

I did already , and some lawyers told me i dont qualify and other one told me that i do qualify , thats why im confuse i dont know what to do , im mom of 2 and im scared to get deported. ..

You don't have an "immigration hold" you actually have an order of removal from an immigration judge and since you pled guilty to a drug offense you are considered mandatory detained (no bond).
