I wrote a column that was published in Friday's Washington Post. It's called: "I’m an undocumented immigrant from Canada. Obama’s new policy doesn’t do enough to protect families like mine."
The photo in the article is a never-before-seen Washington Post exclusive!

In short, I think Obama's executive action is a step in the right direction and I'm happy for everyone who qualified, but comprehensive legislative action is the only sustainable solution.

Canadian undocumented immigrant? Why would someone from Canada choose to be undocumented here? Canada is doing a lot better than the USA!

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.
