Hi everyone,

So I'm applying for AP for humanitarian reasons to visit my uncle and I'm getting ready to mail my application packet. I'm getting paranoid about having enough documentation. The following is what I'm enclosinging with my application:

1. DACA approval notice
2. FL driver license
3. Social security card
4. EAD
5. 2 color passport photos
6. $360 money order, made payable to DHS
7. form G-1145 (to receive notifications)
Proof of Kinship:
8. My birth certificate & translation
9. My mom's birth certificate & translation
10. Uncle's birth certificate & translation
Supporting Evidence of Uncle's Health:
11. Letter from doctor & translation
12. Recent medical report & translation
13. Uncle's Application for Organ Transplant & translation

Any suggestions about things I should add would be appreciated. I honestly don't think I'm missing anything but want to triple check with people that have done this already.

Thanks

I would suggest typing a persuasive paragraph about your need for AP. On the application it states you may do this, but its optional. Why not.

Yes, this is just my checklist. My cover letter that I'm including with my actual application states my reasons for requesting AP, and also briefly explains my uncle's health issues. I did state in the letter how I have not seen my uncle in over 12 years and how I was unable to attend the burials of my grandfather and aunt. I hope they sense my sincerity.
