Hey guys. I talked to my lawyer today and she asked me if I still was studying and I said no. I told her I stop going last winter. My question is ... Do I need to be still going to school if I wanna get my daca renew? Please I need to know

You should be ok as long as you didn't commit any crimes.

I have not. No crime. Or anything like that. Last time I went to school was last winter. I passed all my classes but I also needed to work so I stopped attending

I graduated from high school in 2005 that's how I got daca. I was attending college last winter but stopped going after passing my classes. P

I'm sending mines in tomorrow. Hope it goes by fast. ��

I have a question!!
on the USCIS website, when I click on the case status, this appears:

On October 30, 2014, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number #####, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case.

I got my biometric done last Wednesday.... when will this change??? Are they on initial review?? My EAD expires on 1/20/2015.. T.T

It's normal to see that. It will change when they make a decision on your case.

Hello all,

I sent in my application for renewal on 9/29 and received the case numbers. I also completed my biometrics on 11/2.

However, whenever I enter them into the case status system, it keeps responding "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

Has anyone had to wait more than two months for their status to show up on the website!?

Yes. Mine stayed at that for like 2 months. Then I was approved.
