Hello guys, here I am again.
I just received my Parole papers in the mail, for dec 21 until jan 25th 2015.
I am very happy thst i am going to get to see my family after 14 years but at the same time i feel scare.
I have a wife, my dog, my job and college that i am attending. Just the brief thought that i could not be able to reentry the US scares me to death.

I have no other pending immigration application as many people have here such as married to US citizen or parents are US citizen.

Any advice or words of encourgement???
I appreciate in advance guys.

You'll be fine. Unless there is a reason to not allow you back into US then there's no reason to not let you back in. Even a green card doesn't guarantee admission, only US citizens and nationals cannot be turned away. Also, there has been no case of a DACAer being denied re-entry on AP.

You'll be fine, I know it's a scary thought, I am actually planning on using AP next year, though first I need to get rid of the removal order that is still pending against me.

If you can answer "Yes" to any of these questions, then maybe you shouldn't be going.
1. Are you a member a totalitarian party? (Communist Party)
2. Are you a former Nazi or committed acts against humanity?
3. Are you a drug abuser?
4. Have you been convicted of a heinous crime (abuse, domestic violence, etc)
5. Are you a polygamist?
6. Were you previously removed or deported from the US?
7. Have you committed Espionage or sabotage?

Most of these are ridiculous. It's pretty straightforward. Are you a criminal? Or are you a state criminal?

You'll be glad to see your family and friends that you've haven't seen in years. And in the end, you'll be back in class and remember that you did something that you couldn't do before and you'll soon be able to do again. Bom Viagem!

Thankkkk you very much for the response.
The idea of not being able to reentry back to US really scares me, but like you said, it should be a case where they wouldnt allow me back here.

I will let you know how it went down when i am back.

Thanks

How are you going to get the removal order removed? I have one too and I'm scared to do anything to have it removed.
